- Reconveyances - we process reconveyances of real property trust deeds in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah and Montana. Clients have real time access to our database allowing them to check status of loans in process.
- Lien Release - we can clear title by researching prior liens that still appear of record but should have been released for reasons such as prior payment.
- Drug Forfeiture/seizure actions - we represent lenders in both federal and state courts.
- Disputes - litigation of claims involving issues such as:
- Boundary/encroachment
- Purchase and sale agreements
