Lori E. Graeff, Client Services Manager
Lori Graeff has over 30 years experience in the legal field including several different positions within the firm and currently is our Client Services Manager. She has extensive experience in real estate and creditors' rights law and proficient knowledge of FHA, VA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac foreclosure regulations and guidelines. Lori has a BA degree from the University of Washington and a paralegal degree from Washington's first paralegal program at Edmonds Community College. Lori has been an active member of local and national trade organizations and has served as a past president of the Seattle Association of Professional Mortgage Women and twice as chairperson of the Seattle Mortgage Bankers Loan Administration Committee, and is currently a member of REOMAC. In addition to her years of experience in real estate law, Lori has recognized that keeping up with technology has been the key to success in a real estate and collection law practice. Lori has assisted the firm with implementing new technology and spent about two years working for a mortgage software company providing default software for mortgage lenders. She is a regular attendee at local and national conferences and trade shows.

Andrea N. Knowlden, Human Resources Manager
Andrea has over 5 years of experience in the human resource industry. As the Human Resources Manger at Bishop, White, Marshall & Weibel, Andrea manages all aspects of the policies and procedures for the firm in the areas of employee recruitment and retention, employee relations, benefits administration, health and safety and the compliance of Federal and State regulations associated with those disciplines.  She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Washington.

Mitchell L. Livingston, Director of Operations and Marketing, Collections Department
Mitch Livingston has over 15 years of experience in the collections industry, and has been with Bishop, White, Marshall & Weibel since 1997. He was instrumental in the development and growth of the firm's collections practice and is committed to providing superior service for our clients. He is constantly looking for new and innovative methods to enhance the collections process. As a member of NARCA, he is a regular attendee at national and local conferences and trade shows.

Marci L. Mosbach, Paralegal - Bankruptcy Dept.
Marci Mosbach has been a Bankruptcy Paralegal for more than 17 years, having worked for debtors' and creditors' counsel as well as Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Trustees. Ms. Mosbach received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Washington in 1989. She has been with the firm of Bishop, White, Marshall & Weibel for over nine years.

Melanie A. Sattler, Foreclosure Manager
Melanie Sattler has over 28 years of real estate related experience in the mortgage servicing industry and the legal field. She has been with Bishop, White, Marshall & Weibel since 1988 where she has specialized in the areas of judicial foreclosures, bankruptcy, reconveyances, and title issues. In 2008, she served as the firm's Human Resources Manager. Melanie's current position as Foreclosure Department Manager allows her to manage all aspects of the non-judicial and judicial foreclosure processes, reconveyances, deed-in-lieu's, evictions and escrow related matters.
