William L. Bishop
Bill Bishop has represented numerous financial institutions and individuals in the areas of real estate litigation, commercial and residential loan transactions and closings, title insurance litigation, foreclosures, and representation of small businesses. Mr. Bishop was admitted to the Washington Bar in March, 1972 and the Idaho Bar in 2005. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Washington. He is a member of the Washington State and American Bar Associations, and maintains an "av" rating in the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory. He also belongs to the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and the Washington Land Title Association and has been a frequent lecturer to attorneys, title insurers, escrow agents and real estate brokers. Mr. Bishop is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Washington and Idaho.

Krista L. White
Krista White focuses her practice on creditor representation at all levels of the state court system and in bankruptcy court. She is particularly experienced in collection litigation where she has developed a number of streamlined practices and procedures, which are implemented through paralegals and their capable support with whom she works closely. She is a frequent seminar speaker on the subject of creditors' rights and the enforcement and collection of judgments. Ms. White was admitted to the Washington Bar in 1978, the Oregon Bar in 1994, the Alaska Bar in 2006, and the Idaho State Bar in 2009. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Riverside (B.A. with high honors, 1975) and her law degree from Willamette University (J.D., 1978). Ms. White is very active in the Creditor/Debtor Bar and belongs to the Washington Women Lawyer's Association and maintains an "av" rating in the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory.

Ann T. Marshall
Ann Marshall represents lenders in matters involving loan origination and servicing, including loan modifications, required disclosures, guarantees, title defects, credit reporting, accounting disputes, and privacy laws. She also represents title companies, their insureds, and other parties in multi-party litigation involving claims such as boundary disputes, lien foreclosures, land use regulations, priority disputes, and variety of restrictions on real property such as covenant and easement disputes. Ms. Marshall obtained her Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Philosophy from the University of Michigan (B.A., 1990) and her law degree from Florida State University College of Law (J.D. with honors, 1993). She is admitted to practice law in the State of Washington, U.S. District Court Washington Western District, U.S. District Court Washington Eastern District, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity and received the Federal Income Taxation Board Award while in law school. Ms. Marshall maintains an "av" rating in the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory.

David A. Weibel
David Weibel represents and advises corporate and individual clients in matters involving consumer lending litigation, real estate litigation, foreclosures, and commercial evictions. He received his undergraduate degrees in Economics and Philosophy from Seattle Pacific University in 1987. He studied International Political Economics at the Graduate Faculty in New York City before earning his law degree from Seattle University School of Law in 1994. While in law school, Mr. Weibel was on the Editorial Board for Law Review and a member of the Environmental Law Society. Mr. Weibel is admitted to practice in all Washington and Oregon state courts, in Eastern and Western Washington Federal District Courts, and admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Weibel maintains an "AV" rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and was recognized in as an Avvo Top Banking Lawyer in Washington CEO Magazine in June 2008. Mr. Weibel's recent speaking engagements include The Seminar Group's "Real Estate Mortgage Market Litigation" in Seattle, WA on April 18, 2008, the Law Seminars International's "Commercial Real Estate Leases" seminar in Seattle, WA on December 6 and 7, 2007, and the Seattle/King County Building Owners & Managers Association's "Advanced Concepts in Leasing" Seminar, in Seattle, WA on September 28, 2006.
