Annette Cook
Annette Cook focuses her practice in the areas of real estate foreclosures, unlawful detainers, and surplus funds. She received her undergraduate degree in 1998, (B. A. Sociology, Dean's List), from City University and law degree in 2001 (J.D., Cum Laude) from Seattle University School of Law.  After graduating from law school, Ms. Cook served as a public defender with Society of Counsel Representing Accused Persons in Seattle, Washington.  Thereafter, Ms. Cook served as an Assistant Attorney General, with the Washington State Attorney General's Office, focusing in the areas of public disclosure, disciplinary hearings, and complex civil litigation throughout the State of Washington, including appellate practice.  Most recently, Ms. Cook has worked in private practice in the areas of real property, commercial transactions, and civil litigation.  Ms. Cook is currently a member of the Washington State Bar Association and Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.  She also serves as a mentor for new incoming law students at Seattle University School of Law.  She is admitted to practice law in the State of Washington, U.S. District Court Washington Western District, U.S. District Court Washington Eastern District, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Scott D. Crawford
Scott Crawford focuses his primary practice on creditor representation in bankruptcy court while also maintaining an active state court collections practice in Washington and Idaho. Mr. Crawford received his two undergraduate degrees from Miami University (double B.A., 1996) and his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D., 1999). He is a member of the Pennsylvania (2000), Washington (2004), and Idaho (2007) Bar Associations. Mr. Crawford is also admitted to practice in all U.S. District Court jurisdictions throughout Pennsylvania, Washington and Idaho.  He is a member of the Seattle-King County Bar Association, Creditor/Debtor Section and the Bankruptcy Bar.

Laurie K. Friedl
Laurie K. Friedl focuses her practice in the areas of creditors' rights and real estate litigation.  She received her undergraduate degree (B.A., 2001) from the University of Washington and her law degree from Seattle University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2004).  While at Seattle University, she served on the Moot Court Board, was chosen for membership in the Order of Barristers, worked as a Rule 9 Intern for the Washington State Attorney General's Office and served as an extern for the Honorable Mary Yu, King County Superior Court Judge.  She was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 2004, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington in 2006, and the Oregon State Bar in 2008.  She has served as a volunteer for the King County Neighborhood Legal Clinics since 2004.

Jennifer Karol
Jennifer Karol focuses her practice in the areas of real estate litigation, creditor's rights, real estate foreclosures, and unlawful detainers. She received her undergraduate degree in 1998 (B.A., Magna Cum Laude) and law degree in 2001 (J.D. Cum Laude) from Gonzaga University where she was a member of the International Law Review Journal and Moot Court Council. After graduating from law school, Ms. Karol served as an Assistant Attorney General. There she handled complex civil litigation throughout the State of Washington, from the initial investigation and pleading stages, through discovery and motions practice, trial, and appeals of trial court decisions. Ms. Karol's appellate experience includes handling cases before the Courts of Appeal, the Washington Supreme Court, the Washington Federal District Courts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Karol was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 2001, the Washington Federal District Courts and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 2002 and the Oregon State Bar Association in 2007. Ms. Karol is currently a member of the Washington State Bar Association, King County Bar Association, Washington Real Property, Probate, and Trust Bar Section, and Oregon State Bar Association. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Green River Community College.

Erin M. Stines
Erin Stines focuses her practice in the areas of real estate litigation, title insurance defense, creditor's rights and real estate foreclosures. Ms. Stines attended Stephens College (B.A. 1995), and Seattle University School of Law (J.D. 2001), where she served as technical editor for the Seattle University Law Review. She was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association and U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington in 2001 and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Washington in 2005. Ms. Stines also served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Franklin D. Burgess, U.S. District Court Judge, Western District of Washington (2001-2004).
