Bankruptcy Our bankruptcy staff receives files from our foreclosure department as soon as a bankruptcy is filed and immediately begins work to obtain relief from stay or to take any other action needed in the bankruptcy proceeding. Evictions Our eviction team aggressively pursues cash-for-keys resolutions. Our streamlined processes allow us to file an action and then proceed to complete the eviction in the timeliest manner possible. Senior Lien Monitoring Protecting the rights of subordinate lenders is an integral part of our services, including senior lien monitoring for lenders who require assistance in tracking and/or bidding at senior lien sales. Deeds in Lieu We offer these services for lenders whose borrowers require an alternative to foreclosure. Loss Mitigation In addition to preparing the necessary papers for a deed in lieu of foreclosure, the firm can also assist with other loss mitigation efforts, such as payment plans, loan modifications and other alternatives to foreclosure. Surplus Funds We provide services for the deposit and retrieval of excess funds as a result of successful third party sales.
