Leading the capable collections team are our collection attorneys: Krista L. White Our Director of Operations and Marketing: Mitchell L. Livingston is in charge of day to day operations and development and serves as our collection client liaison. Legal Assistants Our efficient and professional Legal Assistants act as the primary point of contact to fulfill client requests, facilitate the litigation process and act as the liaison for court personnel, vendors and all other related parties. Our legal assistants are all veterans in their field with a thorough knowledge of our clients' standards and requirements, as well as the laws and court rules of the jurisdictions in which we practice. In addition to bank and wage garnishments, we work with judgment debtors and their employers to process voluntary wage assignments. Our investigators use the latest technology, databases and related resources to score accounts based on proven criteria to assist in prioritizing our collection efforts. Our collectors are well versed in all aspects of collections from knowledge of consumer laws and recent court cases to use of the latest technology to assist in the resolution of each account.
