The Bishop, White, Marshall & Weibel team provides a wide variety of bankruptcy related services, including:
Whatever their specific area of concern, our clients rely on our reputation, experience, and professional judgment to use bankruptcy law to their advantage, mitigate their risk, and avoid common pitfalls. Technology Our attorneys and legal assistants use CM/ECF, the new case-management and electronic case-filing system being implemented in the Federal Judicial for all bankruptcy, district, and appellate courts. They also utilize the local Chapter 13 Trustees' databases to access pertinent bankruptcy case information instantaneously, which allows for immediate action on the creditors' behalf. Bishop, White, Marshall & Weibel was the first creditor rights firm in the area to use the CM/ECF to file motions and other pleadings and was recognized by our local courts for its success in implementing and maximizing its use of the new system. Full service avoids expensive delays As a full service firm, Bishop, White, Marshall & Weibel is able to quickly transfer files from our Foreclosure, Litigation, or Collections departments to the Bankruptcy department, as soon as the case is filed. The ability to move files seamlessly among departments eliminates any delay in effectively representing our clients in the bankruptcy case. Fees Our fee schedules are flexible and can be billed at a flat fee or hourly rate. We follow Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and VA fee guidelines. In Washington State, we are one of two Freddie Mac designated counsel. |
